It has +/-50% joint movement for maximum flexibility and adhesion so it withstands contraction and expansion caused by extreme temperature and weather fluctuations without cracking or losing adhesion. Water ready in 30 min for a 100% waterproof and weather-proof seal. Shrink and crack-proof. Cured sealant is mold and mildew-resistant. Low in odor and VOC compliant. Interior/exterior use.
