It may be used inside or outside and will last as long as the surface it joins together. Loctite PL Premium(R) FAST GRAB is 100% polyurethane and is 8 times stronger than traditional construction adhesives. It has superior initial grab than our original PL Premium(R) formulation, is still repositionable and is VOC compliant for sale in all 50 states.
