Valspar(R) Prep-Step(R) all-stain primer is a universal blocker for stains. It hides stains caused from both water and oil. This oil-fortified latex formula also provides a great base for any cabinets, trim, doors, furniture or paneling that are destined for paint. It leaves a smooth finish to allow for optimal topcoat performance and finish.
