Fits Forney ITEM#'s 55647 ("Patriot"), 55669 ("Finish Line"), 55672 ("Bandit III"), 55673 ("Bandit II"), 55684 ("Titan") and 55686 ("Super Slim") welding helmets and most brand name helmets using a 5-1/4 inch (133.35 mm) x 4-1/2 inch (114.3 mm) window opening.
